This is a remanufactured diesel fuel injector for Mack MP7 (11.0L) and Volvo D11 engines. It delivers high-pressure fuel into the combustion chamber for proper ignition. Replacement is typically needed when an injector fails due to clogging, wear, or internal leakage, causing symptoms like rough idle, power loss, black smoke, or increased fuel consumption. This is the flat (non-conical) injector style; verify your engine requires this type.
Verify engine serial number and injector configuration. This is the flat-style injector (non-conical); conical injectors are not interchangeable. Refer to Mack service bulletin SB237-49 for installation details.
