This is a remanufactured Horton HTS Advantage fan clutch for heavy-duty truck engines.
It uses pneumatic (air) control to engage and disengage the engine cooling fan based on temperature, helping maintain optimal engine heat and reduce unnecessary fan load. This clutch is typically replaced when the bearing wears, the friction plate slips, or an air leak prevents proper fan engagement, leading to overheating. It is a direct replacement for Detroit Diesel Series 60 applications on several Kenworth, Mack, and Peterbilt models.
Designed for trucks with Detroit Diesel Series 60 engines and a 4V (4-groove) belt drive. Fits fan pilot diameter 2.00", fan blade bolt circle 3.50", 6-bolt pattern.
