It includes an aluminum or steel cover, a weld-on neck ring, a white gasket for a tight seal, and a 'Strong Latch' (cam-style hold-down) mechanism with a safety latch and hinge pin. The strong latch prevents accidental opening and can handle pressure up to about 30 PSI. Replace when the gasket leaks, the cover is damaged, or the latch no longer secures properly.
