This is a 3-inch T-type strainer made by Blackmer. It bolts directly to the intake port of a Blackmer truck pump (2-inch, 2.5-inch, or 3-inch models) to catch debris before it enters the pump, or it can be installed in the suction line of other pumps when used with separate flanges.
