It is designed as an auxiliary indicator for heavy-duty trucks and trailers, not as a standalone primary turn signal. The lamp uses 25 LEDs for the sequential arrow and 26 for the standard auxiliary turn, drawing only 0.12 amps at 12V. Its polycarbonate lens and housing, combined with epoxy-sealed electronics, provide excellent resistance to moisture and corrosion. It requires a grommet mount and a special 50% on-time flasher for the sequential arrow feature.
