This is a Spicer 1810 series end yoke assembly with a 46-spline involute bore that slides onto the pinion shaft of a differential.

It retains the universal joint using a half-round (strap) style and connects the driveshaft to the axle. Typically replaced when splines become worn, cause driveline vibration, or after impact damage. Compatible with Spicer 5-281X and 5-676X U-joint kits.
