It is an 1810 series, full-round, bolt-plate style yoke that slides onto a 2.374-inch, 46-spline pinion shaft. Worn splines or stretched yoke ears can cause vibration and eventual driveline failure, so replacing this yoke is a common fix during differential or driveshaft service. The assembly includes the yoke and a pressed-on slinger to protect the pinion seal.
