It is designed to be used with 1760 series universal joints (1.938" bearing cap diameter) and mounts to the driveshaft via straps. The assembly replaces the bare yoke 6.3-4-711-1 and includes the yoke, slinger, and strap kit. Common replacement when yoke splines are worn, the universal joint trunnion bores are damaged, or when upgrading a driveline component.
