Its 10-diode pattern delivers bright, reliable output with much lower power draw than incandescent bulbs, and the fully sealed, potted electronics resist moisture, corrosion, and vibration. You typically replace an old, cracked, or dim original light to restore safety, pass DOT inspections, and eliminate frequent bulb changes.
