It provides a red marker or clearance light function, replaces the existing lens and bulb assembly, and is designed to fit Betts 50, 56, 57, 60, and 65 series plastic body recessed or surface mount lamps. Operating on 12V or 24V multi-volt systems, it upgrades older incandescent lights to LED for better visibility and longer life. Typically replaced when the factory lens is cracked, faded, or the original bulb fails, or when a cost-effective LED retrofit is desired.
