This tube shaft is a sliding member for heavy-duty truck driveshafts, measuring 10 3/16 inches from the end of the spline to the weld (K dimension).

It features a 2.000-inch major diameter 16-spline parallel spline and is welded to a 3.500-inch diameter tube with .134-inch wall thickness. The splined end mates with a slip yoke to allow for length changes during suspension travel. Typical replacement is needed when spline wear causes driveline vibration or the shaft is bent or damaged.
