The Spicer 5-4-5991X is a 1610 series end yoke assembly that connects a driveline's U-joint to a splined pinion or output shaft.

It features a bolt-plate yoke style, a 39-spline involute bore with 2.024" major diameter, and includes the slinger (230909) pre-installed. Commonly used as an Eaton rear input yoke (style 35) on certain Eaton transmissions or differentials, this part has been discontinued, so replacement is often needed for worn splines, damaged bearing surfaces, or driveline rebuilds. Always verify spline count, series, and hub dimensions match your original yoke.
