This is a fuel injector connector tube, often called a crossover tube or male connector, that seals the high-pressure connection between the injection line and the fuel injector inside the cylinder head on 1998.5–2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L 24-valve Cummins engines with the VP44 injection pump.
