It transmits power from the transmission output shaft to a 1350-series driveshaft, sliding in and out to accommodate suspension movement. The yoke is forged steel with an induction heat-treated hub for extra durability, and fits GM transmissions with a 27-spline output shaft (commonly the TH350, 700R4, and 4L60E). Its non-vented design and recessed spline are suited for performance and street/strip use.
