This is a differential end yoke for Meritor/Rockwell drive axles. It bolts onto the pinion shaft and connects the driveshaft to the differential using an RPL25 series universal joint. It’s used on heavy-duty trucks with a 46-spline pinion and a 2.380-inch shaft. You’d replace it when the yoke is worn, damaged, or when rebuilding the driveline.
Requires RPL25 u-joint with 8.38-inch span. Verify axle model and pinion spline count before ordering.
