The yoke has 34 involute splines with a 1.790-inch major diameter, making it a direct fit for many light-truck and medium-duty driveline applications requiring that spline configuration. Replacement is necessary when the yoke's splines are worn, the u-joint mounting ears are damaged, or the yoke is out of balance.
