CAT CHECK VALVE

The Caterpillar 2812725 is a fuel check valve used on heavy-duty diesel engines including the 3406E, C15, C16, and C18. It allows fuel to flow in only one direction, preventing backflow to the tank, maintaining fuel system pressure, and avoiding loss of prime or vapor lock. This valve is commonly replaced when an engine becomes hard to start after sitting due to fuel draining back. It is a direct replacement for the original equipment part.
