This is a roll of butyl sealant tape used for installing and sealing windshields, windows, doors, rocker panels, and other body components on heavy-duty trucks.

Butyl tape stays pliable, creates a waterproof and airtight seal, and prevents water intrusion and corrosion. It is a required consumable when replacing glued-in glass on Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks. The 27-foot roll (also listed as 2670 mm or 9 feet in some references) is enough for typical cab windshield or door sealing jobs.
