LONG SLIP SPLINE

This is a Neapco splined solid bar shaft designed for long-slip driveline applications. It features a 1.625-inch major diameter with 10 parallel splines and provides up to 25.5 inches of linear travel, allowing the driveshaft to accommodate large changes in length during suspension movement. Commonly used in custom off-road driveshafts for vehicles with extreme suspension articulation and in power take-off (PTO) drivelines. A worn or twisted spline can cause vibration or failure, so replacement is necessary when spline fit becomes loose or damaged.
