It is designed to fit Hopkins Engager™ style LED breakaway switch models 20050, 20059, and 20060, as well as BA10-150 and BA10-250 switches manufactured after 2010. When the pin is pulled from the switch during a trailer separation, it activates the electric brakes and engages the breakaway battery to stop the trailer. Replace this pin if it is lost, bent, or if the cable is damaged, to ensure your breakaway system functions correctly.
