When replacing a worn or damaged yoke, or building a custom driveshaft, this part allows the driveline to operate smoothly at greater angles by using a pair of universal joints and a centering ball. It requires a greasable-style 1310 series universal joint and a matching ball stud socket yoke, and is most commonly found in Jeep and light truck applications.
