SHUTOFF VALVE, CUM3045883

This is a 12-volt fuel shutoff solenoid valve designed to stop fuel flow to the injection pump on Cummins 855 Series engines. When you turn the key off, the solenoid de-energizes and pushes the fuel rack to the closed position, shutting the engine down. It's typically replaced when the engine fails to shut off, experiences hard starting, or when the solenoid’s internal coil fails, leaving you stranded. The valve features a single 1/8"-27 threaded terminal with a Compucheck coupling for easy diagnostics.
