The Civacon 1711VL is a vapor recovery elbow for fuel delivery tank trucks. It attaches the vapor recovery hose to the underground storage tank's vapor return fitting, capturing fuel vapors during offloading to meet environmental regulations. This two-piece aluminum elbow uses a one-handed push-on, cam-off design with an ergonomic trigger release for fast, safe connections. It is built for heavy-duty service, requires no special tools for maintenance, and meets CARB vapor seal requirements. Typically replaced due to worn gaskets, linkage, or impact damage.
Verify adapter size and connection type. This model is part of the Civacon 80TT series and shares many repair parts with 80TT elbows. Often used with a separate 3" male cam adapter (such as CIV11588) which may be ordered separately if not included.
