An exact match for '162G-6' could not be found, but it is almost certainly a variant of the well‑known Danfoss/Aeroquip 162X6 long‑nut compression union for 3/8" tube. If you need to replace a damaged or leaking union in a chassis grease line or air line, this fitting allows you to reconnect the tubing quickly and inexpensively.
