LINER SHIM

This is a .020-inch thick cylinder liner shim for Cummins ISX series diesel engines. It sits between the cylinder liner and the engine block to set the correct liner protrusion, which is critical for proper head gasket sealing and combustion chamber integrity. These shims are commonly replaced during an in-frame overhaul or whenever liner height falls out of specification.
