This is a single exhaust manifold gasket designed for Cummins ISX series diesel engines, particularly those equipped with Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR). It seals the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head, preventing exhaust leaks that can cause power loss, excessive noise, and potential engine damage. When replacing the gaskets on an ISX engine, you will need four of these individual gaskets—the engine uses four manifold gaskets in total, and they are often sold in packs of four.
