This PAI piston kit is for Cummins 4B and 6B series diesel engines, including the 3.9L 4-390 and 5.9L 6-590.

It is a .020-inch (.50 mm) oversize piston with a 17.5:1 compression ratio, intended for use during engine overhauls when cylinders have been bored oversize to restore compression and seal. The kit includes the piston, a high-performance ring set, wrist pin, and pin retainers, replacing several OEM and aftermarket part numbers.
