It slides onto a 1-3/8 inch shaft and is locked in place with a 5/16 inch key and set screws. The yoke connects a driveshaft to a u-joint at the transmission or implement end. You would replace it if the yoke ears are worn, bent, or the keyway is wallowed out, causing vibration or loss of drive.
