This is a 7-inch horizontal offset crank handle used to manually raise and lower the landing gear (legs) on semi-trailers.

The short offset is designed for applications where clearance around the trailer nose is limited, such as tag trailers or specialty setups. It includes a T-slot fold-down mechanism so the handle can be stored flat against the trailer when not in use. A 13-inch drop from the bend provides leverage, and the tube end fits over a standard 1.28-inch landing gear drive shaft.
