How it works
Take or upload a photo — Photo Match runs it through a vision AI model trained on parts imagery, classifies the component (brake chamber, air dryer cartridge, slack adjuster…) and returns catalog matches with pricing. From there you can refine by truck, check cross-references, or hand the result to Mike to finish the job conversationally.
Part of a guided finding flow
Photo Match joins the new Guided Part Finder at partsnow.ai/find-part: answer a few questions about the symptom and the truck, and the finder narrows the catalog to the parts that fit. Between text search, cross-reference, photo and guided flows, there's now a path to the right part no matter what information you're starting from.
